The beater in this new high output ice cream machine is 14cm (5") longer than ANY machine currently on the market. This extra long barrel, in conjunction with the ergo dynamic beater design means the ice cream capacity is also the largest in the UK. The stainless steel beater blade has an innovative shape and is specially equipped with mobile scraping blades to guarantee a high cooling and dispense efficiency.

The regulated pump,manufactured from 100% stainless steel, feeds the mixing cylinder and maintains a constant highly efficient operating condition. The pump is in a fixed position ending the problematic twist that can sometimes occur on other machines. The mix feed tube is locked onto the faceplate of the pump to ensure the connector is unable to blow out of position.
